Here's our Process

#1 Onboarding

The first step is to fill out an enquiry form here and give me 1-2 days to review your form. I'll send a link via email (don't forget to check your spam folder) to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call.

In this meeting, we'll get to know each other and about your business and project in detail. After the meeting, I'll send you the welcome email containing the final quote with proposal, and once you agree to move forward I'll send contract, and invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your spot (You will get a direct link to the client portal Notion once you open the contract) 

 

And yay! You are officially onboarding. We'll have a systematic communication in Notion for you to overview our project and it is super easy to use and get updates regarding project.

#2 Strategy

The brand is wholely based on strategy. So before getting into the creative side, we need to know the foundation of your business like:
- Target Audiences
- Your vision and mission
- Brand values
- Personality
- How you want your brand to look & feel etc..

Don't worry, We will do this through a brand strategy session where I will guide our discussion through activities and questions. This session will help us to know exactly how your brand would look like.

#3 Moodboarding

Based on our strategy session, I'll create two different mood boards for you to choose from with different vibes. Moodboards are the best way to visualize brands before designing. It presents a collection of images showing photography, typography, color palette, referances, and more as well as a thorough explanation of the reasoning behind the style choices.

#4 Concept Development

Based on the insights and strategy, you'll begin creating visual concepts for the brand identity. This involves:
 

  • Logo Design: Develop 1 complete logo suite that align with the brand's personality and values.

  • Color Palette: Choose a color scheme that reflects the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience.

  • Typography: Select fonts that convey the brand's tone and style.

#5 Feedback and Revisions

During this phase, you'll refine the initial concepts based on client feedback. Collaborate with the client to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to the design concepts.

#6 Creating other brand assets

Other brand assets such as cards, menu, website, packaging, stationery and any add ons clients have selected as per your package will be designed and get approved by clients. 

#7 It's a Launch Day!

Once the design concepts have been refined and approved, it's time to finalize the brand identity. Here, on making full payment, all files will be delivered to the client in all mentioned formats via Google Drive and with a short offboard (Not a goodbye, but stay in touch) meeting.
