Services Offered
We offer branding services and digital products, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity development, and digital assets. The website and portfolio are hosted on Wix website, and digital products are sold through Gumroad.

Use of Platforms
The website and portfolio are hosted on Wix, and digital products are sold through Gumroad. I use Stan Store as a link in Bio and to collect email list in exchange of freebies. Clients/Buyers acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of service of Wix, Stan Store and Gumroad in addition to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, We do not offer refunds for completed services, as they are often customized and tailored to the client's specifications. Refunds for digital products will be assessed according to the terms outlined below.

Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

Services- We request certain upfront and non-refundable amount from clients depending on branding package they selected at the time of contract to save up slot for work. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Before Commencement: Clients may request a refund if they decide to cancel the project before 14 days from the agreed-upon start date. A cancellation fee may apply.

Copyright Ownership
All digital products, including but not limited to graphics, designs, templates, and any other downloadable materials created by Snehal Shinde, are protected by copyright law. The copyright for these products remains the property of Snehal Shinde unless otherwise stated.

Upon the purchase of a digital product, Snehal Shinde grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only.

Prohibited Uses
Customers are expressly prohibited from:

Reselling, distributing, or otherwise making the digital product available for download by third parties.

Claiming the digital product as their own work or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Snehal Shinde.

Using the digital product in a way that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

Customers may not redistribute, share, or sublicense the digital product to any third party, whether for free or for a fee

Customers must not remove or alter any copyright notices or branding embedded in the digital product.

Customers are responsible for taking measures to protect the digital product from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.

Customers are only allowed to use/modify products like templates that are exclusive made for personal/commercial use for them and only when stated otherwise.
